Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of rtbletter.ie. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

RTBLetter.ie provides an AI-assisted document generation tool that produces tenancy dispute letters for use with Irish local planning authorities. You pay €19 per document generated.

Not Legal Advice

Important: The letters generated by this service are not legal advice. We are not solicitors. The documents are AI-generated starting points based on Irish residential tenancy law (the Residential Tenancies Act 2004). For complex or high-stakes matters, we recommend contacting Threshold, FLAC, or a qualified solicitor.

What You Get

Payment

Refunds

We offer a full money-back guarantee within 48 hours of purchase if the letter was not what you needed. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Right of withdrawal (cancellation)

As a consumer entering a distance contract for a digital service you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because we generate and deliver your document immediately at your request, by asking us to generate your document immediately when you pay, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right of withdrawal once the document has been generated. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described. Separately, we voluntarily offer the money-back guarantee set out in our Refund Policy.

Your Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

The generated letter is yours to use for your planning objection. We retain no rights over the content of your specific letter. The rtbletter.ie website, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the document (€19). We are not liable for any outcome of your tenancy dispute, whether successful or unsuccessful.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
